Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Although, items generally go out within 24-48 hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Small Beginnings Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking is delivered to you and your package(s) is in the carriers possession Small Beginnings Boutique is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office)or UPS with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

RETURNS:

If there is an issue with your order or size, let us know. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit if the item has the tags still attached, and has not been worn, or washed.
